100 Mile Garage Sale
Residents and stores clean out their attics, garages & basements to create the Most Spectacular Garage Sale. A trail of distinctive colored ribbons will identify participating garage sales from Fountain City on the southern end of the Wisconsin side of Lake Pepin, north along Hwy. 35 through Nelson, Pepin, Stockholm, and Maiden Rock to Bay City, WI. The trail then crosses west to Minnesota at Red Wing, MN and heads south on Hwy. 61 through Frontenac, Lake City, Camp LaCupolis, Reads Landing, Wabasha, Kellogg and Winona. Bargain hunters can start anywhere along the route beginning at about 8AM with closing time set for about 5PM all three days. Rain or Shine!

Lefse Time 4th Anniversary Event

Opening weekend May 12 &13. With hundreds of muscle, antique, and classic cars and trucks as well as pedal cars and thousands of antique toys, tools and dolls, Elmer's Auto & Toy Museum is one of the largest museums of its kind in the country and a fantastic attraction every family member will enjoy! Family owned and operated since 1994, Elmer's Museum is located on Eagle Bluff, which is the highest point along the Mississippi River. The view of the river valley is one of the best in the area!

Like to fish Walleye's and Bass? The Fountain City Rod & Gun Club holds its annual fishing tournament each year during the second week of August in conjunction with the Fountain City Lions Club festival. The tournament is held at the lower Fountain City municipal boat landing. Now in its 13th year, the tournament continues to be a success with hundreds of anglers competing annually in this Mississippi river battle! For more information, check the website.

Old Time Farm Fest fall festival features Antique Tractors and farm equipment of all types and ages, classic collector's items and one of a kind items. A family orientated event in a rural setting with something for everyone: spectators, collectors and children. A glimpse of historic America.
This is the largest show of it's kind in the area! Come shop 130 booths of the best quality vendors around. There is a pancake breakfast in the morning from 7am-10am. There are also free pictures with Santa Claus! Live entertainment throughout the day by our school choir and band, along with local acoustical band County Road G. You can also enjoy our concession stand for a quick snack or indulge in our expanded lunch menu consisting of homemade chili, ham sandwiches, walking tacos, and more! Don't forget to grab your free ticket at a chance to win a door prize as you enter, and admission is free!
