Kinstone: Weekly Guided Tour: Three Witnesses Sculpture & The Equinox Window / Stargazer Circle @ Kinstone
May 30 @ 11:00 am – 12:00 pm

This week we will feature the dry-stack limestone sculpture known as The Three Witnesses that sits on the top terrace of our young food forest. This phenomenal structure includes megaliths that have an intriguing composition of many types of stone. Looking a little unfinished or even “ruinous”, this artwork with its Equinox Window and polished centerpiece, has many stories associated with it.  Come hear the stories, see the Window that welcomes the equinox sunrise, and hear about all the food we have growing on the terraces around and below. We will then move on to the Stargazer Circle to see the Reflection Stone, the two Stargazer Stones and more. Try out the reclining stones that give this circle its name!

We offer a 1-hour guided tour every Saturday, May through October, at 11:00am. This tour focuses on specific elements at Kinstone and the featured elements vary each week. No registration required!  Just arrive and park in the parking area nearest the Chapel. Meet at the gate in the parking area. Be prepared to pay your fee directly to your tour guide prior to the tour start time. Cash only; correct change appreciated.
